Ed and Al reconnect with their teacher Izumi. They chat about their travels and demonstrate how much they’ve progressed in their studies and alchemical practice. Izumi realizes that all has not been well with the boys since they last met, and demands that they spill the beans. We learn more about how Izumi, how the three met, how Ed & Al demanded to be taken under the old lady’s wing, and just how she trained them for the first month of their apprenticeship…
